Why greeting cards?
Having written each other warm and fuzzy, happy-tear-inducing birthday cards for the past decade, we realized how meaningful pouring our hearts out by hand in this heavily digitized world can still be.
Perhaps it’s the intentional act of sitting down and trusting ourselves to share deep gratitudes, beautiful memories, or even feelings we’ve yet to properly express in person. Either way, we wanted to encapsulate this hugs-personified feeling for us all 🥹

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping for every domestic order over $49.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
As soon as payment is received, your Voice Hugs order will be lovingly packaged and dropped off to be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete, including a tracking number!
Does Voice Hugs Shop accept returns/exchanges?
As Voice Hugs Shop is a small operation, please excuse our not-as-flexible terms on returns or exchanges at this time 🙇🏻♀️ We also kindly ask you to note that at this time, all items are final sale before making a purchase.
We do, however, understand that accidents happen! If your item happens to arrive damaged, please contact us at shop@voicehugspodcast.com with a photo of the damaged item along with your invoice number within 72 hours of receiving your item and we’ll do our best to help!
Do you offer international shipping?
While international shipping is limited to Canada at this time, we are working hard to spread more hugs around the world, one hand-written card at a time!
While we do our best to ensure smooth international shipping, please note that once your order arrives in your country, any additional tariffs or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding while we work out these kinks as a small business!
