Shipping policy

Please be sure to double check your shipping address prior to purchase as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or business closure and is “returned to sender”, we are happy to ship your package back to a different address! However, you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.

As soon as payment is received, your Voice Hugs order will be packaged and dropped off to be shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is complete which includes tracking code!

Once an order ships and is in transit to its new home, it is in the hands of the carrier. Voice Hugs Shop is not responsible for any packages that become delayed or lost.
